I have just tried to use this the http://biztalkdocumenter.codeplex.com/ on a 64 bit BizTalk 2010 running on Windows 2008 R2. All seems to work except the orchestration diagrams are missing from the documentation. Furthermore if you try “Selected Assemblies and Orchestrations” and “save selected orchestrations” you get no pictures.
Martin Gardiner on the codeplex discussion page suggested downloading the source for the documenter & the BiztalkOM, resetting the necessary project references, using the BTS 2006 version of Microsoft.BizTalk.Snapin.Framework.dll (version 3.6.1404.0) and recompiling targeting .Net 4 & x86. I did all this and now the BizTalk documenter shows all the orchestration diagrams.
In summary the after recompilation to .Net 4 & x86 the BizTalk Documenter 2006 works with BizTalk 2010.
