After a long wait this is now available for download from MSDN (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1ea788d8-0511-4e41-ac2b-650c98b73860/host-integration-server-2013-is-released-to-manufacturing).
We have been involved in the TAP program for this release.
For us this means we can use the DB2 adapter against DB2 v10 (http://connectedpawns.wordpress.com/2013/01/19/exploring-biztalk-2013-beta-db2-adapter-connect-to-v10-1-db2-database/).
The connection timeout is now configurable on the DB2 adapter as well. (http://connectedpawns.wordpress.com/2008/11/04/db2-adapters-executing-a-program-on-an-as400-using-a-stored-procedure/ and http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/0946887f-e6a7-4faa-9904-78bf2d68b294/db2-adapter-error-processing-was-cancelled-due-to-an-interrupt-sqlstate-57014-sqlcode-952).
